But then they are all ambushed by Water Tribe forces and Aang and Ty Lee learn the truth. Mai escapes On Ji’s lieutenants in the commotion and they all fight off the Tribesmen. The team leaves on bad terms with the freedom fighters.

This is a series of descriptions for an Avatar series set in an alternate universe where the Water Tribes are the aggressive nation and Aang's companions are an alternative Ty Lee and Mai. The alternate Pakku is who pursues the Avatar. Plus many more differences

Book 1: Fire is split into two parts, with these synopses detailing the first ten "episodes".

This looks to be very interesting. I like the angle that the war is started by different nations. And I like how Mai and Ty Lee are two of the main characters!

I gotta ask this since I ship them, but is Azula part of the story, and if she is will there be Tyzula in the story? Tyzula is the only canon/ship from Avatar that gets me excited.
