Description

Bio: Clodoveo "Creeping" Colucci was a Mafioso who rigged a horse racing track and killed jockeys whenever one refused to intentionally lose races. Blue Bronco discovered this and caught him in the act. Colucci went on the run from the police and people angry at him for rigging the races. But when he was cornered by some angry betters, Colucci was met by, to his shock, a minor demon spirit who offered him power in exchange for his Earthly body. Colucci agreed to the deal and the spirit took his body. Colucci's life force and mind were transformed into a ghostly from with monstrous eyes. He used his ghost-like powers to kill the men pursuing him and try and take revenge on Blue Bronco for exposing his crimes in life. Thanks to his ability to sense supernatural forces, Blue Bronco was able to get the upper hand when the phantom made man attempted to kill him. But since Colucci was now a "ghost", Blue Bronco would be unable to truly defeat his enemy for good during their many encounters for the next several years. That is, until he encountered a magic user who could create a prison where they sealed Creeping Colucci, found a way to turn him human again after finding the demon spirit and reclaiming his body, and put him in a prison. Colucci would later die of natural causes, but would be survived by his son with a woman from Sicily, Italy. His son, Giovanni, would change his name to Roland Fields later in life and become the super-criminal Jaguar.

POWERS/ABILITIES:
-Near invisibility.
-Intangibility.
-Levitation.
-"Ghostly Guns" that shoot bullets that disappear after they hit someone.
-His pipe can create a fog that makes people feel sick.
-His monster eyes can turn things the color yellow. He never used the ability that much.

So, the main Golden Age villain I'm taking from is the Hawkman villain Gentleman Ghost. But I also noticed just how many Golden Age villains are gangsters and such. This being set in the past also means I could embrace using a villain who was a stereotypical Mafia man. My grandfather is Italian, so I don't like making Italian-American characters who are Mafia related. Which doesn't matter much, since the Mafia aren't the face of crime anymore anyway.
